Partner. Volunteer. Give. Together, We Can Build Better Futures.

Meaningful change begins with people who believe that a better future is possible and are willing to help create it.

At ChangePoint Advancement Initiative for Development (C-PAID), we recognise that sustainable development is not the responsibility of one organisation alone. It requires people, institutions and communities working together, contributing their strengths and investing in shared possibilities.

Whether you represent a development organisation, a philanthropic foundation, a corporate institution or simply want to make a positive difference, there is a place for you in the work we are building.

You can contribute through strategic partnerships, professional expertise, volunteering, financial support or practical resources that help transform development ideas into meaningful opportunities.

Together, we can empower people, expand opportunities and strengthen communities.

Your Contribution. Our Shared Purpose. Greater Possibilities.

Everyone has something valuable to contribute to positive change.

For some, it is the ability to fund transformative projects. For others, it is professional knowledge, technical expertise or a willingness to give their time. Every meaningful contribution has the potential to strengthen the initiatives that support individuals and communities.

At C-PAID, we have created three principal pathways through which individuals and organisations can support our mission.

Funding, strategic alliances and technical collaboration

Development challenges are complex and interconnected. Addressing them effectively requires partnerships that bring together resources, expertise, innovation and a shared commitment to measurable outcomes.

C-PAID seeks to build meaningful relationships with organisations and institutions that share our vision of inclusive and sustainable development.

We welcome opportunities to collaborate with international development agencies, philanthropic foundations, corporate organisations, government institutions, educational institutions, professional associations and civil society organisations.

Our partnerships may focus on programme funding, technical expertise, joint implementation, research, capacity development or other forms of support that advance shared development objectives.

Through our six flagship programmes, partners can contribute to clearly defined priorities including women’s economic empowerment, digital entrepreneurship, health and wellbeing, child development, adolescent girls’ advancement and support for disadvantaged children.

Partnership opportunities include:

We seek partnerships built on integrity, mutual accountability, professional competence and a shared commitment to sustainable outcomes.

Volunteer With C-PAID

Your Skills. Your Time. Their Possibilities.

Skills-based and community volunteering

Creating meaningful change requires more than funding. It also requires people willing to contribute their knowledge, experience, creativity and time.

Volunteering provides an opportunity to support causes you care about while contributing to initiatives designed to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

At C-PAID, we recognise the value of skills-based and community-focused volunteering. We welcome expressions of interest from professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, technology specialists, healthcare practitioners, creatives and individuals with relevant capabilities who wish to support our development objectives.

Depending on programme needs and available opportunities, volunteer activities may involve mentoring, training support, educational enrichment, community engagement, communications, event assistance, research or professional services.

We are particularly interested in building relationships with people who understand that responsible volunteering requires commitment, respect, collaboration and accountability to the communities being served.

Six Programmes. One Shared Commitment to Change.

Our flagship programmes address different but interconnected dimensions of human and community development.

By supporting C-PAID, you can explore opportunities to contribute to a programme aligned with your interests, institutional priorities or philanthropic objectives.
