ChangePoint Advancement Initiative for Development was founded on the conviction that meaningful development begins with people.
Across Nigeria, individuals and communities continue to demonstrate remarkable resilience, creativity and determination despite significant socioeconomic challenges. However, resilience alone cannot overcome systemic barriers to opportunity.
We believe that people should not have to rely solely on extraordinary personal effort to access education, develop skills, maintain their wellbeing or achieve economic independence.
C-PAID was established to contribute to closing these gaps by connecting people with knowledge, resources, opportunities and support systems that enable them to improve their circumstances.
Our name, ChangePoint, reflects our belief in the possibility of transformation. A change point represents a moment when new opportunities emerge, circumstances begin to shift and a different future becomes possible.
We aspire to create more of those moments for individuals, families and communities.
